Use of the App

Social Sidekick is a mobile app operated by RELATIGO Technologies. It provides AI-generated conversation practice, coaching prompts, feedback, optional voice conversations, and companion chat for personal learning and entertainment. You agree to use the app lawfully, respectfully, and only for your own personal use.

Safety and Conduct

You may not use Social Sidekick to harass, exploit, deceive, threaten, or harm others, or to generate illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or otherwise unsafe content. You are responsible for your own decisions, consent, boundaries, and real-world behavior.

AI Limitations

AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Social Sidekick is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, emergency service, or licensed professional advisor. Do not rely on the app for medical, mental health, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscriptions, free tokens, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play according to their rules. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Social Sidekick account and app data from Settings in the app. Deleting your Social Sidekick account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of Social Sidekick means you accept the current terms.
